Q: How do I pay for my Yaptap account?
Yaptap is a subscription service. Yaptap subscription accounts are billed either monthly or annually at the plan rate you choose using your credit or debit card. Currently we accept VISA and Mastercard.
Q: How does the Free Trial work?
To take Yaptap for a test drive and experience the most powerful leader-controlled group messaging tool, simply sign up for the plan size you want. The first month’s service is free! After your first month is completed, you will be billed for each month’s service in advance. It’s that easy!
Q: Can I change my plan at any time?
There are no term-lengths to our subscriptions and you can adjust your plan options or cancel your subscription at any time. Each month’s subscription is paid for in advance, if you cancel your subscription in the middle of the month, it will be active until the end of that month and no more payments will be processed.
Q: What support do you provide?
Every Yaptap customer has Free access to our comprehensive on-line help desk from directly in the Yaptap Web Message Center. If you need help simply log on to http://support.yaptap.com to access our article archives, access our forums or create a help ticket.
Q: What web browsers work with Yaptap?
The Yaptap Web Message Center works with Internet Explorer 7 or 8, Safari 5, Firefox 4 and Chrome 4 or higher.
Q: Is my data secure?
Yes! At Yaptap we employ the highest level of industry best practices to ensure your member, credit card and personal data are secure. At the message level we keep every sent and received message that passes through our system.
